On October 1, the RPD published a news item stating that “an individual who was present at a hearing on Friday, September 25, 2020, on the 4th floor at 74 Victoria St. in Toronto subsequently tested positive for COVID-19”.
The release goes on to note that the situation is considered “low-risk”, and that:
All individuals who had contact with the affected individual will receive a letter providing them with instructions on self-isolating at home and next steps. The IRB has proactively reached out to these individuals to notify them of the situation and have advised them not to visit our offices at this time.
